Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

At Pacific Life Apparel, we strive to process and ship orders promptly. However, please note that there may be potential delays during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances such as a high volume of orders or postal service disruptions beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations as we work diligently to ensure your order reaches you in a timely manner.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We offer free shipping for orders over $75, providing added value to your shopping experience. For multiple shipping options, you can find carrier options, prices, and delivery times listed in a convenient table for your reference.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@pacificlifeapparel.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition with tags and packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, contact us at support@pacificlifeapparel.com. Return shipments must be sent to 960 Postal Way #1782, Vista, CA 92085. Upon acceptance, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
